Levain Santurce

I really like their variety of sourdough breads, and I love their pastries. The service is always very friendly, even when they're very busy. I highly recommend it!

Awesome pastries, it's a gem, considering most of bakeries in PR offer the same traditional approach to baking. Even for tourist, it gets boring after a couple of days. Levain is just perfect to balance your tastes. The area is super clean, you can see people working at the back of the kitchen, staff is really attentive. Prices match the scarcity of places like this one. I just only wish there were some sort of bigger space to enjoy eating there. An exceptional plus would be having free water since I feel water is not a public service in PR.

Well, I can't give it stars because I haven't been there, but based on customer reviews I've decided not to patronize that business. I hope they improve over time.
