Very clean-- great restaurant nearby... not much else....

Traveled with family in 11/2025, booked 3 apts. And sadly this was a bad choice. Customer service sucked, the place was infested with roaches, housekeeping does a horrible job. Loud traffic noise. Construction workers start super early, therefore there was a lot of noise. A heads up would have been nice. We will not be back and we Do NOT Recommend.

I looked it up on GPS and it showed me the building next door, so I called and they told me it was the one after that. I went straight there and had to walk all the way around the building to find the room since there are no signs, only on the door. Cosmetic improvements need to be made quickly. I found an apartment identical to the photo on the website, and it was clean in the kitchen, dining area, living room, and bedroom. The shower area needs urgent attention. It didn't match the room's decor. It did have shampoo and conditioner (I always bring my own). The air conditioning has ventilation problems (evaporator fan), which a good refrigeration technician can fix since it didn't cool the room properly during my three days and two nights there, which is very important. The room should be cool in 15 minutes, being generous. The baseboards and plumbing surrounds need to be completed to improve the area's appearance. The toilet base needs to be sealed to prevent insects from entering through the gap between the floor and the toilet. At least three bags from both trash cans should be provided for replacement if needed. The dining room light is not working. Exterior: The solar lights are poorly positioned as they don't charge sufficiently, leaving the area dark when you arrive late, which is unacceptable. Adding another light at the corner in front of the second-floor balcony would improve lighting; it's not an expensive investment but would enhance guest safety. There are two fast-food restaurants (burgers and chicken) nearby. Continuous improvement is key to success.
