Panadería y Repostería Madrid

From the customer service to the sandwiches, everything was bad. It must be the current employees because I've been going to this bakery for years since it's near my house, and I've never been treated like this, much less served such bad food. Every time I went, the service from the moment I walked in was like being part of the family. It's definitely going downhill, and the poor service alone is enough to make me not come back... plus, you pay whatever it costs, but you expect something done right!

The ham and pork leg aren't properly chopped, and that's supposed to be their specialty. The service is terrible, and I'm not speaking for everyone, just the one who served me. Wow, awful, awful.
