Parador Guánica 1929

Historic building. Rooms are comfortable. Room well furnished with mini fridge, microwave, table with two chairs, small chest of drawers, an area to hang your clothes. Nice clean pool. Restaurant on site with pretty good food. Great value for the place and this area. Close to Playa Santa and other nice beaches.

The hotel is an historical building, very peaceful and quiet. They have a restaurant, is opened during high season. Might be close during low occupancy. The food is excellent, $18.00-25.00 dinner. Has a big swimming pool and maintain daily. Rooms are small but adequate for my needs. Staff is courteous and helpful. Large parking area and it is free. Nearby there is a supermarket and fast food chains (5 mins drive). In the surrounding area there are several beaches you can visit(playa Jungla) and the Guanica Dry Forest. I have stay here three times. Last visit May 2026
