Julie was so responsive and available. Great customer service. We couldn’t make it to our original reservation due to an unexpected road closure and Julie was so understanding. She was able to get us in the next day!! That kind of service is invaluable. The tour guides were just as amazing and friendly. Here is a pic of my beautiful horse Coli and his seahorse mark.

10/10 would recommend this tour! Our guide, Noel, was amazing. He was very engaging, told us about Rincón history, & pointed out things in nature along the trails. He even let us stop for agua de coco fresco along the road. This was an amazing experience for my first time in PR, but it was truly because of our guide Noel. He was amazing! We felt very safe the whole time & enjoyed the route of the tour.

My wife and youngest (11 yrs) took the two hour ride yesterday and had this to say: "Absolutely wonderful. Our guide Noel was friendly, supportive and full of great local info; we went to some beautiful places; and most importantly, the horses were obviously very well cared for, and well trained. I've ridden horses half my life and these were happy and healthy - at least one was a rescue who clearly had bonded with Noel. There is a little segment on the main road to get to the trails and beach, but we felt safe the whole time, and it was worth it. In addition to rescuing horses, this group also apparently provides a happy retirement to those horses who have earned it. Thanks for a great experience and for looking after your horses so well."
