We had a great experience with Puerto Rico Bio Bay Tours! Our guides were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire evening fun and engaging. They shared interesting information about the bioluminescent bay and made sure everyone felt comfortable throughout the tour. It was a fantastic experience for our family of four, and something our kids will remember for a long time. We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Puerto Rico and looking for a memorable family adventure.

Although I didn’t end up taking the tour, I appreciated their honesty. They contacted us in advance to explain that bioluminescence visibility was poor due to environmental conditions and gave us the option of a full refund, which we took. They could have gone ahead with the tour and taken our money, but instead they chose transparency and integrity. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them when conditions improve.
