Rainforest Zipline Park

This is a must do! Do the zip lines do the adventure walk, you will not regret it at all. Was an experience that you will not forget. They start you out slow to get yiu acclimated then hold on 1/2 mile flying over tree tops Amazing!!!

Great time for a family of 5 adults! Safety is obviously a priority to them, and the staff was fantastic! So friendly and helpful! We loved it!

While I would give the zipline experience itself 5 stars, our experience at the check-in office was definitely disappointing. The ziplining was SO much fun, and all of the guides were amazing! They were very helpful, knowledgeable, and explained everything really well. The views were absolutely stunning, and overall the adventure itself was incredible. However, there was an unexpected issue with the shoes. Before arriving in Puerto Rico, my husband and I specifically purchased hiking shoes on Amazon for this adventure. We had received the instructions stating: “Closed-toe shoes only — hiking/climbing shoes allowed. No water shoes.” Our shoes were specifically made for hiking/climbing, although they did have a soft/mesh-type top. When we arrived to check in, we were told that our shoes were not allowed and that we had to rent shoes from them for $25 EACH — $50 total for the two of us. We honestly felt that was excessive, especially since we had purchased hiking shoes specifically because the instructions said hiking/climbing shoes were allowed. What was even more confusing was that Crocs were allowed, but our actual hiking shoes were not. 😅 So definitely keep the footwear requirement in mind before you go, because you may end up having to pay an additional $25 per person to rent their shoes. Other than that unexpected expense and frustration at check-in, we had a great time! The zipline itself, the guides, and the views were all amazing and made for a really fun experience.
