Rincon Del Faro

A year ago we had a good experience. I left an honest review. Today I went with my family and the experience was terrible. First, I found out they changed owners and they told me the cook is the same. Well, I expected the food to have the same flavor that I recommended to everyone, but NO. I always ordered the ribs, which were the best I'd ever had. I ordered them and to begin with, they were cold, and the portion was smaller. They didn't taste good. The waitress who served us seemed inexperienced. I could say more, but I'll just say that I don't recommend them and I'll never go back to that place. To top it all off, the prices are ridiculous, and they should change the photos and the menu because they're from the previous management and it's nothing like it is now. Today my husband and I went to El Rincon del Faro for dinner. We ordered ribeye steak with mashed root vegetables and French fries. The steak was absolutely delicious, cooked to perfection and seasoned just right. The atmosphere was relaxed and the service was top-notch! The waitress was very professional and friendly. We highly recommend it. We've been living in Las Croabas for six months and have eaten at several restaurants in the area. None of them compare to this one. We will definitely be regular customers.
