Rueditas On The Go LLC

I usually don’t write bad reviews because I love to support small businesses, but I rented a golf cart through Rueditas on the go. I could not understand why cars were honking at me and the golf cart seemed to go a little bit slower, but I was only on the island for 18 hours. Once it became dark I texted the people to let them know the engine light was on, not something I could see in the daylight. By this time I was already on my way back to the hotel and leaving very early the next morning. Unfortunately for me I ended up accidentally breaking the key, which paying for has never been the issue. But when the company got the golf cart they confirmed there was an oxygen sensor issue with the golf cart. Hence why it was driving slower than molasses, granted I was not aware of how a golf cart should typically drive but it did but a damper on our trip as it took very long to get from place to place and was kind of a drag. At the end of the day they refused to compensate me for their golf carts lack of performance but had no issue tacking on every fee they could even though they initially offered to pay for my taxi and credit part of my rental. My next trip to Vieques I will be using another mode of transportation unfortunately.

Absolutely excellent in every way! The service was fantastic and they were incredibly kind. I will definitely return with my family and rent from them again. Highly recommended! The golf cart was in excellent condition and worked perfectly. At first, I was a little apprehensive because of some negative reviews I had read, but my experience was completely different. I highly recommend them; don't hesitate. If you follow the rules, you won't have any problems. If you want to listen to music, I recommend a speaker; place it in the middle and connect it to the USB port. Enjoy! If you're looking for something different, I recommend the golf cart a thousand times over! Plus, we were able to walk right up to where the cart was, which was very convenient.
