No AC in any of the living areas. It has horrible WiFi that doesn't reach the bottom or top floors. You only get a wifi signal in the areas that feel like you're sitting in a sweltering sauna. No toilet paper in the entire house. No smart TVs or streaming devices in the bedrooms. Some bedrooms don't even have televisions at all. There is no where to escape the heat except for the bedrooms which essentially have no entertainment. Extremely overpriced for the lack of comfort. The home is large and has a nice pool but I'd trade both for an actual comfortable stay which it is not. Very disappointed and will never stay here again.

I had little to no surf experience and Roger gave me the essential rundown before getting in the water and then helped me correct mistakes as I rode each wave. He is a phenomenal teacher and I left feeling great about my skills! Highly recommend getting a lesson here.

We visited the Villa at Surf 787 this past December as part of a family vacation. I can't say enough about Roger, his surf school and, most importantly, the villa. The Villa sits on a hill overlooking a valley and the ocean. From early morning coffee on the deck, watching 3 family members master the basics of surfing in the exercise area and family meals poolside, every day was a delight. Roger and his dogs Taino and Freya were available for advice on all Rincon had to offer. Added benefit was doggy scratches for those of us missing our pets at home. There were 9 family members on this vacation ranging in age from 20 to 70 and we all agreed that our stay at the 787Surf Villa in Rincon was one of the best vacations ever. Thanks, Roger.
