The food was delicious, and the service was excellent.

Not worth it, over prize in my opinion with everything even with the food. Plan to spend the entire day at this place. And if you are riding the ATV's make sure to wear long pants. The language they used on their site and to communicate this important detailed isn't specific. And if you are out of luck with them being out of stock in their store, you will have to drive about an hour round trip to find long pants. The waiting times at the zip lines are over 2 hours. This place will consume your entire day, while you spend just a couple of minutes doing just the zip lines. And if you happened to suffer from motion sickness, your day would be a mess prior to getting there curvy roads and narrow. Beautiful scenery through those mountains. But I rather be at the beach, river, or hiking. Or visit Toro Verde At distrito T-Mobil my experience there was 100% better.

I visited ToroVerde with my boyfriend for the 7 ziplines and the Monster, and I couldn’t recommend this place enough. I was incredibly nervous and hesitated for a week reading reviews and watching videos before booking, but I am so glad that we did it! We booked the 10AM couples package on a weekday, and arrived around 9:25. We checked in and by 9:45 we were already gearing up, by 10 we were heading to the zipline courses. Juan and Jimenez were awesome. Juan especially was so friendly, funny, and charismatic. He made us feel more comfortable and helped ease our nerves. He was joking around, playing great music, and was very informative. The zipline experience was so fun. We were in a group of maybe ~20 people, and everything moved surprisingly quickly in a good way. There was very little waiting around, including for the shuttle that picked us up at the end. The Monster was VERY intimidating. I cried like a baby the entire way through, but it was also one of the most exhilarating things I’ve ever done. The view was breathtaking. I’m terrified of heights, so the fact that I actually did it is something I’m genuinely proud of. It almost felt like it healed something inside of me. The gentleman who helped get me set up was also fantastic and made me feel as comfortable as possible. My boyfriend and I both chose the helmet cameras for the Monster. The camera itself is free, at the end they give you link for the a preview of the video and you only pay if you want to keep it. They also take a photo of you during the regular ziplines that you can purchase if you like it. We received the $25 restaurant voucher that came with our package, and the food was delicious. The service was great. From start to finish, ToroVerde gave us such an incredible unforgettable experience. Every employee we encountered was kind, patient, and welcoming, and they made what I was initially terrified to do into one of the most memorable experiences of our trip. If you’re thinking about it, just do it! I will be returning, thank you so much! 💚
