We had a fantastic time on the Janise. We enjoyed every minute of it . Captain Ricardo and Scott looked after us so well and the snorkelling was great fun. Seeing a stingray and swimming with turtles were definite highlights as well as seeing so many beautiful fish. Lunch was delicious too! Thank you very much.

The staff's service was excellent. However, the tour did not meet our expectations, and they failed to deliver what they had advertised and agreed upon with us. First, we requested a catamaran, understanding it would be a sailboat of a suitable size for seven young people. When we arrived, we found an extremely small boat, which they had indicated was the catamaran. Having traveled a long distance, and with the young women's excitement, we had no choice but to continue. The seven young women were extremely uncomfortable, as they had no space and were even sitting on top of coolers that moved around during the trip. This alone creates a sense of insecurity at sea. Then, the tour was offered to two small islands, Icaco and Palomino, with a third surprise if weather conditions allowed. The weather was excellent, but the young women were only taken to Palomino and were never offered the other options. Finally, the sound system stopped working. We understand that what they actually offer, for the price, doesn't meet the expectations of a private tour. Paying over $100 per person to be extremely uncomfortable is unacceptable. The young women, who were celebrating a birthday, were very disappointed. We believe they should be clearer and more precise with their offerings and not resort to advertising that might differ from reality—and this is just to be polite.
